Quantrol QFP Multi-Round Band-Clamp Filter Housing

Quantrol QFP multi-round band-clamp housings hold 4, 5, 7, 12 or 22 filter cartridges in a single heavy-duty stainless steel vessel, for commercial and industrial liquid filtration at flow rates up to 660 GPM. Choose the number of cartridges, the cartridge length and the material; the selector shows the flow rate each configuration is rated for.

• Easy-access band clamp closure, welded-on mounting legs, gauge, drain and vent ports as standard
• Rated 150 psi and 250 F, Buna O-ring, adjustable top plate with spring seal assemblies
• Universal seal cups and compression plates accept DOE, 222/flat and 222/fin cartridges
• Popular for closed loop and side stream filtration with string wound cartridges (50, 20 or 10 micron)

Flow rates are the manufacturer's guidelines for depth and pleated cartridges; actual flow depends on micron rating, cartridge type and solids loading. The Quantrol filter service kit (FSK-1/2) adds gauges, an air purge and drain valves.
