Quantrol QFP Bag Filter Housing

Quantrol QFP bag filter housings give an economical, durable way to filter water and process liquids with size #1 or size #2 bags. Single-bag units are rated up to 60 GPM (size #1) or 120 GPM (size #2); multi-round units hold several size #2 bags for up to 720 GPM.

• 304L or 316L stainless steel, rated 150 psi and 300 F
• Swing bolt closure with eye hooks for quick bag changes; davit assist on multi-round units
• Stainless support basket(s) with 1/8 in perforations, Buna N gasket, 1/4 in vent and gauge ports, drain port
• Single-bag housings have an adjustable stainless leg assembly

Flow rates are the manufacturer's guidelines; actual flow depends on bag type, micron rating and solids loading. The Quantrol filter service kit (FSK-1/4) adds gauges, an air purge and a drain valve.
