Harmsco Hurricane HP Filter Housing & Separator

Harmsco HP Hurricane housings combine a cyclone separator and a cartridge filter in one compact vessel. Dense solids are separated before the cartridge, so filter life is longer and maintenance costs are lower. Three sizes (HUR 40, 90 and 170 HP) handle 50, 100 or 150 GPM.

• Patented up-flow design with tangential entry prevents air entrapment; rotational flow flutters the pleats and improves loading
• Electropolished 304 stainless steel (316 available), fail-safe lid closure rated 150 psi, 1/4 in inlet and outlet gauge ports
• 140 F with the CPVC standpipe; up to 250 F with the stainless standpipe and high-temperature cartridges
• 2 in NPT inlet and outlet; NSF 61 listed

For commercial and residential drinking water, cooling towers, process water, reverse osmosis and desalination pre-filtration, ground water remediation and whole-house filtration.
