Pulsafeeder Injection Valves are available in various sizes and materials to meet any injection need. All injectors feature spring-loaded check balls and 1/2" NPT service connections.
Plastic Injector Temperature Rating Reference provided by Pulsafeeder:
Glass-filled Polypropylene (GFPPL) begins deflecting at 140°F at 264PSI while at lower pressures 66PSI deflection begins at 204°F.
PVC begins deflecting at 116°F at 264PSI, and at 66PSI, deflection does not begin until 151°F.
PVDF (Arkema 370) begins deflecting at 219°F at 264PSI and at 66PSI deflection will begin at 270°F.
